The Goldminers Daughter is a rustic lodge situated at the world-class Alta Ski Area, at the base of Alta*s main lifts and ticket office, and approximately 23 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport. The property*s amenities include the Top of the Lodge (top-floor restaurant with views of Alta and Mount Superior), Goldminer*s Saloon (which includes pizza and 13 beers on tap), Slopeside Cafe (an espresso bar that offers a breakfast and lunch menu, as well as snacks and coffee), ski rentals and sales, hot tubs, and saunas. Included in the room rate are a full breakfast, a la carte three-course dinner, apres-ski afternoon tea, wireless Internet access, and evening child activities.
