In a quiet location, each unit features an outdoor deck and views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Most units include washer/dryer; an additional fireplace and some offer a private outdoor hot tub. A user's fee ( Playpass ) can be purchased to gain access to the Municipal Racquet Club facilities. Covered parking is provided, as well as space for an additional vehicle.
