The Iron Blosam Lodge is a professionally managed resort by Endless Vacation Rentals, and is named after an historic Little Cottonwood Canyon Mining Claim, Iron Blosam, hence the phonetic spelling. The rugged concrete and iron structure is dressed with displays on historic mining artifacts and vintage skis. The property has been extensively remodeled and upgraded with the most recent room renovation being completed in 2004. Located in Utahs Wasatch Mountains at the Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort, the Iron Blosam Lodge offers year round recreation on the mountain and a friendly, relaxing atmosphere to return to at the end of the day. It averages over 500 inches of delicious champagne powder a year. The powder comes early, it comes often, and it stays late. Snowbird Ski Resort is famous for its extreme powder runs.
